Each 90-minute session features a combination of meditation, head, neck & shoulder massage, and Somatic Release Yoga.
The integration of massage with meditation can improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and reduce inflammation, which is especially helpful for those with high blood pressure or cardiac issues.

Each 60-minute group session includes meditation, Somatic Release Yoga, and concludes with herbal tea and sweets.
Group meditation fosters a sense of community and connection, allowing participants to benefit from collective energy and gain insights into their personal growth.
