Let’s face it, beautiful humans. Socialising and communicating have been re-defined by our technological lives. Whilst it’s never been so easy, it’s also made us a little too comfortable with our solitude. Nothing can compare to a physical face-to-face connection and environment, where we are able to share ideas with like-minded souls, connect on a deeper level and tap into the same silence and source of peace at the same time. It’s a divine experience.
Group meditation is a powerful practice that can bring people together in a meaningful way. It can provide a sense of community and connection, as well as a variety of physical and mental health benefits. By engaging in group meditation, individuals can benefit from the collective energy of the group and gain insight into their own inner workings, such a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation.
Past Group Meditations
When you focus on the present moment, you’re paying attention to the things currently happening in your life. These events might range from joyous to downright heartbreaking (or anywhere in between).
Mindfulness helps you recognize anxious or depressed thoughts as just that: “thoughts”. Eventually, you can learn to recognize these thoughts as you notice them and interrupt their patterns before they trap you in a spiral of distress.
Whatever your aspirations might be for the New Year, taking time to meditate, is sure to help you maintain discipline, compassion, and focus on your journey.
Soul Truths would like to share their well-being journey with you in the New Year, so please join us for our first Group Meditation topic “Setting Intentions”, commencing on January 21, 2024.
Simply defined, self-sabotage shows up as thoughts and/or behaviors that undermine our best interests and conscious intentions.
It’s easy to be happy and motivated when things are going well. But what happens when they fall apart, or unexpected troubles come your way? What do you do then?
Life comes at you hard in all of its unpredictable chaos. So how do we stop worrying so much about the future? Let's learn how to decrease our fears, worry and anxiety by gaining a new perspective using awareness.
There is a deeper existence within you that manifest. When you start to observe your interpretation of your own thoughts. Your thoughts have nothing to do with you as a human being in this universe.

For people who get triggered by something or someone, that results in an unhelpful reaction. In Tibetan Buddhism, this is known as “Shenpa”, being hooked into reactive patterns that cause us stress, anxiety or depression.
“Enthusiasm is common; endurance is rare.”
Neuroscientists have found evidence that mindfulness increases resilience, and the more mindfulness meditation you practice, the more resilient your brain becomes.
Conscious creation is about making a conscious and informed decision to think positive thoughts, and start taking action towards bringing the thing we desire into our lives. The process of conscious manifestation is peaceful, simple and effortless. Let me show you how.
“Gratitude is a sacred space for you to allow and know that a force greater than your ego is always at work and available.”

“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”
Pablo Picasso
“Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another, and feeling with the heart of another.”
Sensitive is the new strong. It's time to fully embrace your gift of intuition and empathy.
What if overcoming anxiety and depression is easier than we actually think? As someone who has regular faced anxiety and depression over many years, I understand how it can feel impossible to get out of those downward negative spirals. But we can't find the rainbow without a little rain.
“By the way, we live our daily life, we contribute peace, or to war. It is mindfulness. They can tell me that I'm going in the direction of war, and it is the energy of mindfulness that can help me make a turn and go in the direction of peace.”
- Thich Nhat Hanh
Sacred space is time in space we set aside or which spontaneously arises to experience a depth, richness and sense of meaning that usually escapes us in fast-paced everyday life.
“Forgiveness” - a simple yet powerful word.
Self-forgiveness and letting go of negative feelings and energies that no longer serve us are essential for us to accept and love ourselves for who we are.
